TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions for booking with Events Innovated Ltd

  1. These terms and conditions apply to the supply of live events from Events Innovated (the "Promoter") and all clients, purchasers and buyers of tickets, tables, seating and any registration (the "Client" and/or "Purchaser").

  2. Upon the Purchaser entering into a booking arrangement with the Promoter, they hereby declare acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  3. Acceptance of these terms and conditions gives permission to the Promoter to amend, add, take away or change the clauses and terms at any time without notice.

  4. For Gala Dinner or other corporate events or hospitality bookings, a 'Soft Booking' is deemed to have been made with written confirmation from the Client or by use of the online booking form (if applicable) and once an invoice has been sent to the Client from the Promoter.

  5. If paying on invoice, payment must be made as stipulated on the invoice, usually within 48 hours of issue.

  6. A 'Firm Booking' is deemed to have been made with payment by the Purchaser by any means for any event.

  7. A 'Firm Booking' cannot be refunded once it has been made. If any grounds for refund are decided on by the Promoter, it will be less a 15% administration fee charge.

  8. If paying with credit card, there will be a processing fee added to the ticket price, unless stated otherwise.

  9. Any other ticketing where a credit card processing fee is added, as well as any other booking fees or additional fees, will be shown at point of sale on the ticketing agent's website or whatever form of ticketing process is used.

  10. For Gala Dinner or other corporate events or hospitality bookings, the Purchaser of a complete table (or multiple seats) can invite any guest they wish, and change guests if initial invitees cannot attend.

  11. The Purchaser shall be liable for the behaviour and conduct of all attendees in their booking, and be responsible for those in their company or under their booking.

  12. Events Innovated and its security partners reserve the right to remove any patron from the event due to misbehaviour, unruly conduct, excessive intoxication or any reason that is deemed to be disrupting the safety or enjoyment of other attendees and of the event itself.

  13. Force Majeure: Any act outside of the Promoter's control that affects the ability to put on the event and has to result in the cancellation of the event will deem to be a Force Majeure event where no refunds may be given. Please see Clause 16 for COVID-19 related updates and terms & conditions, which will take precedence in relation to COVID-19.

  14. A cancelled event due to clause 13 above or the uncontrollable circumstances of a speaker, artist, athlete or performer ("Talent") may result in a rescheduled event date. If an event is rescheduled for these reasons, then purchased tickets will apply to the new date and a refund may not be issued.

  15. The Promoter retains the right to change any of the Talent advertised, if particular Talent cannot attend due to circumstances outside of the Promoter's or the Talent's control; such as illness, injury or death.

  16. COVID-19 Cancellation: If any event cannot safely take place due to a change in Alert Levels, Traffic Light status or any other direction enforced by the New Zealand Government, and the event must be cancelled, then all ticket Purchasers will receive a refund.

  17. COVID-19 Protocols: Events Innovated will operate all events under the New Zealand Government requirements, regarding COVID-19 or any other pandemic or epidemic. Purchasers make their booking and payment with this understanding. Purchasers agree that if they or anyone in their group is sick or ill with Covid, cold or flu-like symptoms, that they will not attend the event.
